来看几道SC新题 - PREP EXAM PACK 2 2016新题

总结了20道从PREP EXAM PACK 2 扒下来的SC题。为了不沉下去设置回复可见密码

其中有一些是GWD重复过的给出了官方答案，但是有大概一半是新题。因为是2016年GMAC出的，所以个人认为在掌握基本知识点以后，这些题是最有参考价值的。
比如
有一道考了the more so ...
还有一道大家百思不得其解的
In an America steeped in romanticism, cemeterieswere laid outbeyond the city as places for a transcendentalcontemplation of nature, death and duty.
这些都要求熟悉句意和用法
上面那个In an America steeped in romanticism....

在一个充满浪漫主义的美国….

要理解的话就再读读这个句子

B. In America steeped in romanticism, cemeteries were laid out
C. In an America steeped in romanticism, cemeteries laid
D. Cemeteries, in America steeped in romanticism, were laid
E Cemeteries in an America steeped in romanticism laid

lay out是陈列或者列举，所以CDE都错。
剩下AB，但是没有听说过in an america, 如果有的话那说明有至少2个America，不符合逻辑。
可能意思是说“在那个充满浪漫主义色彩的美国”；但是我觉得 in america, an America streeped in romanticism, cemetries were laid......这样描述会更好。

我觉得B更符合逻辑，A更不符合逻辑；考试的时候仍然会选择B

我觉得A这样理解会更通顺一些：

美国有很多情调，在充满浪漫主义色彩的那个方面，墓地。。。

如果这样理解的话，B说明美国只有1中情调，那就是只有浪漫主义，可以理解为“在那个只存在浪漫主义色彩的美国，墓地怎样怎样”
