3, P.R.CHINA

4 The most common visa for foreign students is F-1 visa. I think this item is for foreign citizens who are living in US right now. They might come with different visas,like H, B, J, and may want to change into F-1 when admitted.

5 OPT is a training period for foreign students. Usually, after getting her/his degree,a foreign student may choose to work in US for up to one year called OPT period ( one year for each degree). In this period, the legal status is still F-1, and she/he can change into H1 or PR in this period. OPT is nothing but a grace period to let you legally work as soon as you left school without going through all legal processes to change Visa. Changing visa takes time and generally,it is illegal for F-1 visa holder to work.
