找个title好听一点写就好。同行业内人士也可以。又不能是领导，也不能是朱隆基这样的厉害角色，其他人找谁写都差不多回事了~

Hello there,
You ask a very good question. In the case in which getting a recommendation could endanger your work, you do not need to get a recommendation from your current workplace. But you DO need to get a  recommendation from somewhere. And it is also probably a very good idea to explain in your application why you cannot get a recommendation from your current employer.
