WHU的MBA和EBS的MIM怎么选择呢

your politics major is a social science, which is better than English (what OP of this post has).

some Nordic school are not as strict as the Germanic one, and social science is also in the related major list. As far as I remember, SSE, and CBS are both this case (but I wont try CBS if I had Bocconi offer, not to mention that you speak Italian which make your daily life way easier)

of course you may also try school in Netherlands, e.g. RSM. It is not a easy task to find many business school that is much better than Bocconi in Europe indeed.

P.S. I am not sure if you really want to aviod France at all cost....

Actually I just can't digest it that Bocconi didn't give me any scholarship. Though people say scholarship decision is quite random and really depends. I just thought my profile should be strong enough and interesting to Bocconi, especially that I applied for CEMS which is strongly related to languages and soft skills. I don't know if it is a open secret that some biz school don't consider graduates with working experiences for scholarships.... At the end, guess I will still apply for HEC or SAI, and weigh what choices I finally have.

given you have a politics major, I am not sure how close is your course from economics (since this depends on the course you selected, and if you take a minor and etc....)

some school only require some credit in business and /or economics, (e.g. Mannheim MiM 36 ETCS, HSG SIM 60 ETCS).
at the end, if you are interested in certain school, you may try that first anyway. Application fee is nothing....

At the end, I feel that there are not many choices left. I contacted HSG and they said my bachelor is not related to business admin so I'm not eligible for SIM. Now asking WHU if I'm qualified. Remaining schools worth trying: Mannheim, WHU, SAI.

楼主应该自己想清楚，为什么要读MBA，为什么要读MiM，2个优劣各在哪里然后再取舍
我个人觉得2年除非你语言天赋超群，否则要做consulting还是很难（好学校课程都不轻松，没那么多闲暇时间）。普硕毕业和MBA毕业找工作是2个风格，2个level，上课方式和同学关系也不一样，自己想清楚了就好了

Business school is all about network....If you must choose from WHU, EBS and ESMT, I would say it depends largely on where you want to work in the future. EBS has strong network in Frankfurt area especially financial industry and ESMT in Berlin. And all in all if you can speak fluent German I'm pretty sure EBS is good enough for you to get a satisfactory job. If you couldn't speak German, your path will be much narrower. No matter you are in WHU or EBS or ESMT.

Being unable to maintain the EQUIS accreditation (which is only one she has) is a significant indicator that EBS is deteriorating very fast these few years, and thus that is a structural break in terms of education quality and reputation. Previous employment record are not longer relevant.

哈哈，本科在EBS exchange了一个学期，我觉得地理位置很好啊，离威斯巴登火车半小时不到，法兰克福火车一小时，而且黑森的交通用学生卡都是免费的，oestrich-winkel生活的话成本感觉很低...本科时候反正也没关注就业，但感觉来招聘的公司确实也都是些big name。学生素质还可以，贵族学校，哈哈哈。总之我觉得这个地理位置还是不错.......呀，怀念那段岁月啊~~~
