我覺得你首先問自己|兩個問題:
1. how much do you want a job in HK after graduation (vs back China)? (no matter it is because of career development or personal reason....)
2. what do you want to learn the most? statistics? mathematical modeling of derivatives? some general finance stuffs? or etc...?

有了目標, 才有比較的標準. 有了metrics, 才能有理性的考慮和決定.

P.S. 另, 我依舊認為LSE Financial Stat > IC RMFE after the 10K scholarship from IC BS.
22K學費的LSE, 比18K學費的IC, the choice is quite obvious indeed.
