G5在香港的reputation好是不假，可是也要了解到如果目标在香港找工作，在香港读书和在海外读书接触到的机会池的大小是不同的。哪怕你在oxbridge的最top项目读书，找工作时能去try的无非就是掰着手指头数的过来那几家BB+咨询+Macquarie+Nomura+四大+一些asset manager。其他大部分公司都不会有公开对外的招聘渠道，哪怕是哈佛的，不知道投简历的渠道也是白搭，而一旦上面提到的那些公司你都挂了，那就废了。但在香港读书就不一样了，出除了网上招聘，还能接触到很多的实习机会，干着干着就转正了…

let me have a few last word on this issue here:

1. programming is important in either financial mathematics or statistics. It is the tools for implementaion. It is something you have to fight instead of aviod. I will suggest you to get a C++ online course this summer no matter which master you choose.

2. it is normal to want to learn something differnet - if you want to learn something. Being difficult is not an excuse.

3. if you dont have a HK ID, HKUST will make it easier to find a job in HK when compared to those UK schools. Previous statistics cannot be applied directly as not all of them want to stay.

4. "读书的阶段就应该好好读书，不要想太多之后的事" <--- this is 100% shit......unless one is so rich and dont have to care about $$ at all. How expensive is the tuition at the end?

5. "女孩子不要做女强人啦，家庭幸福才是最重要的" <--- so, if you are sure that you are going to give up your career in the near future, why study at all?

其实都能找到，毕竟ust的fm也挺强，但想留香港上限似乎是business bank的front desk(当然没有统计过，只是有坊间留言)；主要是看你觉得花钱出去走走值不值吧，毕竟LSE和IC也是一抓一大把，帮你过ib的简历关没问题，但面试表现,networking,硬实力,运气这些东西都是不确定因素。这么说吧，G5决定你下限，你自己决定你上限
