ok, first question:
imagine you have both on hand, which one you will go with?
1. LSE MSc Fina Stat vs IC RMFE
2. HKUST MSc FM vs NUS MFE

for either of them, if you prefer the later to the first one, try to use the 1st one to push the 2nd one (just tell them you concern and ask if any early decision possible)

2nd question. location vs program structure.
As far as i know, the two MFE in APAC match you background --> career goal better than the UK two (LSE one too many core stat theory, IC one too finance...)

so this is really your own decision. Both of them wont be wrong indeed.
