this guy was addmited with GMAT 700, wondering if he was from mainland china, his score would be a weakness when compared with other chinese applicants with ever increasing G scores....

Com'on 3.70 GPA is remarkable if he came from a technical major. Plus, he could write really well. If any Chinese should have the same accredit background, 700 GMAT won't even raise an eyeball.
