以下是引用bagedeng在2005-8-27 10:49:00的发言:这个学位怎么样啊? 和llm的区别只是是否course-based吗?谢谢解答
It's kind of complicated though...
(1) you will be eligible to take NY Bar exam after finishing MLI degree
(2) MLI is a US legal introductory course-based program, however you can still do some researches as well. BUT only in master level...
(3) If you want to do JD program in WISC or in any other law school, it's OK to go for MLI. BUT u will find MLI is kind of wasting your time.
(4)if you want JSD in WiSC, better choose LLM (need some struggles to transfer to JSD if you choose MLI).
(5) if you want JSD in another law school, NEVER go for WISC MLI because it won't worth doing so. |
