Good to hear from you.
So your profile looks pretty good.I would suggest retaking the TOEFL to get it above a 100, and once you do then I think your “Sweet spot would be in schools ranked 15-40 about.

Regarding your goals - having a goal change to VC is not necessarily the strongest goal, because VC jobs are very rare and very tough to come by. So you may want to find another job within banking that also fits you.
