The correct answer is D.

明白为什么选d，但是解析和答案里面都说announced这个动词过去式表达了ceo正在做announcing，过去式还能表达正在进行时态？这一点不太明白。


还有d和e中Wednesday的用法，我查了字典Wednesday 只有名词形式没有adv形式，那这里不需要加一个on在其前面吗？

其他答案是CEO’ plans were announced 被动式没有表达出动作的发出者
这也是动词的主动与被动在语义上的主要区别，一个主语是动作发出者，一个主语是动作接受者

关于Wednesday这个我之前一直没注意过，期待其他人回答啦
