The thing is I am missing detail.

I need a LOT more info from you - school name, employer name, titles, promotions, greatest achievements, volunteer work, sports, community service, religious involvement, leadership.. etc. before I can give you a real evaluation.

It will also be very helpful if you can elaborate upon your goals.

Have a look at some of the other very detailed profile requests on this board and do something similar and I'll be happy to get back to you.

I will say that what I see here so far looks great, but I really need more info to help you out!

M7都没问题
目标要定高点 750+
其实大多数学校也收GRE，看哪个考的比较上手
重点在career goal要干嘛 这个需要挖掘
应该要多参加专业协会
NGO要看cause, impact与motivation
然后博后只做研发跟NGO应该有点无趣
要培养个人嗜好，要对自己与同好们有启发性的那些
大龄不是问题，因为有Ph. D.又有工作经验
可以冲冲看VC了
这样M3都有可能

正在努力的开始准备GMAT,希望越高越好
GRE 是十年前考的，应该是不管用了，哈哈哈
关于职业发展，你说的很对，现在也在找同事和朋友聊，希望能够准备的规划出一个方向了。
