想問Ａ為什麼是錯的？？為什麼一個句子會出現兩次過去完成式

appreciative appreciable不是同一个意思，A用appreciable是错的。
另外，A中result用过去完成时是为了表示出和announce的时间顺序的先后。一段话中用两个过去完成时没什么，就像一段话中也可以用两个一般过去时一样。result和fall相对于announce都是在announce之前发生的。不过我觉得这种时态的区隔是nice to have，最非黑即白的区别就是appreciative和appreciable在意思上根本的不同。
