Hello there!
Great to hear from you. First of all you have some very good stuff in your profile. You come from a great industry, you have great grades from an excellent school and a fantastic GMAT. Yes, if you like you can aim for schools which might offer you a full scholarship, but my suggestion would be rather that you apply to schools that are strongest in Biotech - Duke, Ross, Kellogg, Wharton, for example. I think your profile is strong enough that you can apply to top schools, and graduating from a top school will very quickly pay itself back.
Just keep up the good work, and if you lack some volunteer work, take up some of that as well.

hello Jon!
Thanks for your suggestion. Yes, I do have plan to apply for Duke and Ross. I also have some concerns that I don't have very good full-time working experience in renowned MNC. I started work in a American pharmaceutical company (FT500) as a chemist (for a year), but after I moved to commercial side to do sales & marketing, I worked in Japanese biotech company.
Anyway, I will try applying to Duke, Ross or Kellogg and hope I can get some scholarship or tuition waiver. Hmm voluntary work, I will try my best since I will start application soon.
