为什么逻辑主语不可以是人？as a Sanskrit scholar不是指代人吗？请高手指点

因为前面的分词spanning修饰的是career而不是人，不能说 someone spans... 只能说 career spans... 分词修饰主语，所以主语是career

至于as, apprenticeship as a scholar算是idiom吧，修饰apprenticeship，means "in the role of "
例如：He had served his apprenticeship as a plumber. 他当过管子工学徒。
