紧急求助，如何提高阅读？

阅读只是做了几套真题和俩套PP,去年考了一次26，今天考完却只有24了，很是失望。今天考试阅读提前完成10分钟，每篇文章仔细读两遍，然后做题，感觉下来比较顺利，以为能得高分了，请教：如何短期内提高阅读？我真的无所适从了，因为感觉阅读中生词不多，不知我再背张宏岩有没有用？想再考，却不知怎么提高阅读？
