When confront with the question that what is one thing I will do to improve my community, I could choose to publicize the traffic security as the most important one during all the things I want to do.

At modern times, traffic security is one of the most important problems that our nation faces. There is a statistic says that the number of people who die of traffic accidents is larger than 100,000, which may be astonishing to every one in the world. Why so many people lose their precious lives maybe just because of carelessness. So, I think it is very necessary to remind people now and then that they should be careful all the time when driving or passing the streets.

Moreover, since life is precious to every one, we should treat it as careful as we could. However, some people drive carelessly, some people drive after drinking, and still some people drive for a few continuous hours, and many other irregular driving. All these behaviors are certainly subject to traffic accidents, and one who does those does not cherish his or her life. Though there are many regulations that do not allow people to drive illegally, it is crucial to let people recognize the problem themselves.

In addition to the above aspects, I expect people to know that illegal driving may also leaves their family great sorrow. I once saw a banner in a bus station which says “Dad, Mum and I are waiting for you at home.” It is wonderful, isn’t it? And seldom does anyone who sees such a banner would drive carelessly all the same.

There is an emergence to make people be cautious about traffic security. So, for me, I decide to give several hours each month to do the task of reminding people of traffic security problems.
