About the sources of budget for the second year

Dear XDJM,

I have just prepared money for the first year and don't know whether to get money for the second year. Simon would not provide any loan unless I have a cosigner. Does anybody have some good suggestion about how to get money for the second year? Thanks!

It seems hard for Chinese students to get a cosigner in the US. I have no relatives there unfortunately.
