Toyota Financial Service 來我校招聘，明文寫的sponsor，整個項目一年就招4個人。一個program絕對人數少，不代表“一般不sponsor“，”概率小“。我不想和你爭論是不是”一般不sponsor”或者“概率很小”的問題，我只想澄清一下招聘的事實。每個中國人在美國找工作都不容易，沒有哪個學校可以保證你絕對找到工作的。

这就是你不了解个中的玄机了，单位来学校搞校招，有时候其实是由于学校的压力所以才会写可以sponsor，但是其实最后需要sponsor的都会在简历或者面试环节被刷掉。。。

另外，我和你争论的也不是说哪个学校肯定能找到工作或者哪个学校肯定找不到工作，我一开始的论点就是公司搬迁对于就业不会有什么实质性的影响，因为很多公司不sponsor。就Toyota来说，即使他在校招的时候没有明确拒绝国际生，但是根据往年数据来看，这也只是个表面文章。就好像公司招聘的时候都会说自己不会因为种族性别什么的而区别对待，但是这仅仅是写的一句话而已，潜规则还是不可改变。。

Toyota Financial Service 的工作地点是达拉斯吗？话说这个是分出来的公司名吗? 还是丰田的一个部门呢?

国际生找工作，主要问题就是工作签证的问题，除了码农，绝大多数公司的绝大多数职位都是不sponsor工作签证的，这也就是为什么工作难找。你要是有美国身份的话，找工作不要太轻松。。

Hello there,
Well it depends on so many factors that it is hard to say. What industry are you in? Where do you WANT to work? etc. etc. It is true that many of the schools out of the Top 20 or so, people tend to stay in their region of the school. Once again this is different from industry to industry. My suggestion would be that for every school you are considering, look into their employment statistics and try to found out (through career services or alumni) where people in YOUR INDUSTRY actually go when they graduate, and see if that matches with your goals.

Thank you Jon! This is a very helpful advice! I think you are right - investigating the local marketplace is effective because going out of the region after graduation will be difficult for UTD students. I am not saying it is not possible, but I think this school may be more recognized within the Dallas region.
