Skype interview on iphone -- not encouraged to do so cuz it will probably be followed by a typed essay question weird right

1. Education background and why u choose MSA in MSU
2. A question about my transcript since I'm just taking some pre-requisites this semester (Jesus Calculus and Prob&Stat)
3. What did u learn from ur internship (only choose one to elaborate)
4. What kind of leadership style do u have?
5. What else do you wanna share (really gd question! hahah)
6. Q&A

In total around 15 min as planned, dont worry the interviewer was super nice with a little bit SEA accent which was completely acceptable

Here comes the essay question (less than 300 words):
What challenges u faced during ur exchange program? (Actually I have stated exactly the same issue clearly in my ps, whatever)
