Well if you can break a 710, then most of the schools are open for you. You have plenty of schools in Germany, Holland, France, Spain and the UK too (although UK schools are mostly on the same schedule as US deadlines) Are there any countries you are interested in? Or you just want to go to “the best school possible”?
