=> OP need to see doctor.

my short answer to OP is: forget about going oversea study this moment.
given non 211, without good grade, choosing which school is = whether throwing $$ into Pacifica Ocean or Atlantic Ocean is better?

there is no long answer on why not MSF due to the utmost stupid hiding of other's reply.
