我自己认为say是doctors宾语的可能性比较大，可是为什么省that呢？是不是这个问题太弱了，不值得一看？可是我没绕过来呢！！！

有人可以帮我解决这个疑惑吗？

好像看过一个解释说只有say是可以去掉that加从句的。比如it is said+(that)+句子。。。。不确定，等牛人出现。
