个人认为像conviction这种既可以用of+简单名词形式修饰，又可以用同位语结构修饰的名词，不要用of + doing这样显得很awkward。我认为这是B错误的原因。
C我认为是being多余了。很明显convinced是用来修饰colleagues的，Ron大神曾说过"Never start a modifier with being" 其实看being多不多于很简单，给他拿掉，看句子的意思会不会不完整就ok了。
E我觉得。。。你去掉with会更简洁易懂吧。。。
