几个头疼的Interview题目，大家讨论一下八：
1. describe something you have fixed or want to at work（这句话好像令人费解）
2. What attributes would your ideal job include?
3。"What rocks you?" （据说是问－What motivate you?)

Sometimes HBS has one thing in mind, e.g. whether you really speak English, how come you changed jobs so many times, can you do the work here given your lack of quant background. SO you should really figure out what your biggest weakness is, and come up with an answer.
If the interview is just general, HBS tends to stress leadership, so be prepared to talk about
1. your leadership style
2. best leadership example
3. what you have learned from good leaders
4. talk about a bad manager, why was the manager bad, and what did you do about it,
5. describe what you would do if you had a choose a new profession
6. describe something you have fixed or want to at work
7. tell me about your typical day
8. describe a situation where people have relied on you, why?????
9. what is your biggest weakness, and what are you doing about it???
10. where do you want to be in 5, 10 and 30 years???
make sure you can talk about your goals, why HBS, how HBS will help you, who your hero is, etc.
Also, this is not an HBS question, but a favorite at Sloan,
"What rocks you?"
HBS version would be:
Talk about a passsion of yours, and how it contributes to your leadership skills???

as for question1, the former part is to ask your accomplishment while the latter one is inquiring the challenge or objective you want at work. Right?  

as for question2, I think they want to know more about what you valued on your work. i think it is better to include the working style/environment you want to have, the opportunities/challenges it can bring for you, etc.

as for question3, it is hard to interpret ROCK!
