T-9-Q17 on condition that 看了好久还是看不明白，求指导

T-9-Q17.   完全没想到选A。。。语义什么的全弄错   晕。。。不知道怎么发贴的时候划下划线，我就直接加粗了

翻了之前的帖子，都说on condition that是虚拟，相当于if，但是这个虚拟为什么能在if句中省略should呢？？？看了半小时了还是没看明白，好困惑啊。。。求大家指导，小弟在此先谢谢大家了~
