同错啊，后来整理了一下笔记：

D选项 首先which的用法错误， which 只能修饰在他之前的名词，which不能修饰一个句子, 这个是最明显的。
个人还觉得 bring the widest acclaim 和 winning both the National Book Award and the Pulitzer Prize 存在时间先后关系（因果关系？） 不是因为得了奖而获得称赞，而是获得称赞，得到口碑什么的使她获得了两项奖。

有做过关于 “逗号+ing” 的笔记， 记得是表示放在句尾1. 表示伴随动作，即两个动作同时发生但是有偏重点； 2. 表示伴随结果，前面的main phrase 带来的结果。这里是第二种情况表示带来的结果。
