2008年毕业之后一直从事人力工作，之前在IBM旗下的一家美国人力资源公司做人力咨询工作，现在在一家英国的金融机构做inhouse HR。


想去美国读MBA，不打算创业，更多倾向于咨询等工作，未来的发展领域还是人力。将来还是希望短期在外，回国发展。

不清楚我这样的背景如何，现在是一片茫然，所以请过来人帮忙建议。

Good to hear from you!
Well it sounds like you have your plan, and your plan also makes sense. Your work experience is good, and your MBA can likely get you to the goals you want. Your GPA + GMAT is a little bit on the low side for a top 10 school for a candidate from China, but I think you can find some great programs int he top 20 which will fit you well.

楼主可以考虑读个香港岭南大学的人力资源管理及组织行为学硕士，香港的教育资源和水平毋庸置疑，而这个朝阳行业现在也很多人在都，岭大的奖学金蛮多的 生活补助也很丰厚。可以考虑。
