Formulas for cash flow and the ratio of debt to equity do not apply
to new small businesses in the same way as they do to established big
businesses, because they are growing and are seldom in equilibrium.


蓝色的they难道不是指代formulas吗？cash flow 是和the ratio of debt to equity 并列的吗？

这里两个they都应指Formulas故第二个指代逻辑不合理，错。

后面一个我认为是的。
