答案选D 但是lz看不懂OG下面选项的解释，求助语法大神：（

likelihood应该用greater修饰，这里是说可能性更大(greater)而不是可能性更多(more)---排除A,B,C
E中greater是修饰likely的，通常我们使用more来修饰它(more likely to do sth)，而且最重要的是它没有表达题目中的意思：更可能患上冠心病。
