Hey there,
So you have an interesting profile, with experience in lots of different areas, but you are right that the gap year thing can be an issue - it can make you seem “fickle”. But the gap thing CAN be dealt with - and the right way to deal with it is with a good story - what you did in your gap years and why you had them, and to show that it is not a disadvantage.
Thankfully, your GMAT is very good, and your GPA is high, which will help a lot to counter-balance the shaky work experience. Another important thing to keep in mind is that your career proposal will be vital to the success of your application - it really needs to make sense to the school.
But otherwise, I think you should be fine when applying to schools in the 10-30 ranking.
