1. No one cares how high is your 高考分数.
2. Master in US, business, is for professional purpose, i.e. all tuition are charged under ROI, i.e. expensive. Local US people solve this problem with loan.
3. only case that one will be consider for a scholarship: the school really want to take the student for some reason (e.g. really good applicant so that will push up employment statistics, rare nationality to push up input variety, and etc..)

Conclusion: if one is poor, think twice for further studying oversea.
