B,C中用and连接两个their句子，造成3个独立的句子,从语法上和逻辑上都不合适.因为后两个句子明显是从属于第一个句子的，不是并列的.

D,E中都是最后一个their是句子，从逻辑上不合适.另外这俩用with修饰women,造成一种限定性修饰，与原句子比,不太好。同时E中that are brilliantly colored是个典型的罗嗦表达，这种形式中的that be一般都得去掉。
