as可以是關係代名詞,如果是這樣的話,as會不會造成指代apples,而犯了"指說1910年製造的apples與現在製造的apples是同一批的錯誤"???

我查了文法書,多半來說正常的詞序是"限定詞+形容詞+名詞"

這裡把adj. double前調,有什麼用意呢???

首先A是个错误选项，就谈不上什么用意了。按照OG说法这里用adj.double就不好。

不会。这里比的是数量，现在的数量是1910年的2倍。如果是produces many apples as(that) it did in 1910,这样可能会出现你所说的问题，但这里是twice as....整个作状语修饰produces。
