AB用中文解释就是罗嗦。one后边的that可以省略而不省，就罗嗦啦。

B的it用的多余，如果是用that引导定语从句，那么that应该做believe的宾语，但是现在这个位置被it给占了，从整体看，这个句子里的that就不知道是干啥的了
