我想问，D答案中，The company is negotiating to do.. and plans to do..在这里，plans 用的是第三人称单数，显然它前面省略了the company, 但是用and来连接 is negotiating..and plans , 即现在进行时和一般现在时，这种一种and连接不同时态的方式，能否请nn们讲讲

谢谢回复，不过还是感觉吃不透，如果能给几个例子就好了。

自己查了一下章振邦的语法，结合到这道题，is negotiating to do 用现在进行时强调暂时性的动作，negotiating; 而plans to do 用一般现在时来表示plan是一个经常性的动作。不知我这样的理解是否恰当？

看来对于并列结构，不能从前后的时态是否一致来判断，而应该从别的语法点入手
