有关confirmation number的问题向大家请教!

我在以前的机经看到 - 确认报考日期无误后，对方会提供一组16位数编号，appointment confirmation number，请拿笔抄下。改期、取消报名、以及加发此次考试成绩，皆需用到此组编号。我的数字怎么只有8位数字? 怎么回事? 难道我的appointment confirmation number有问题吗?

if you registered online, then ETS should have sent you an e-mail. it has your confirmation number in it~

oh, i see. well, i would either call the test center to ask for the confirmation number, or write an e-mail to ETS customer service.
