164 People do many different things to stay healthy. What do you do for good health? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.



As we all know, health is the most important thing for our human beings and as the basic of all happiness on the world. Fortunately, with the improvement of our standard of living and the speedy increase of modern working pattern, more and more people begin to pay enough attention to their health even when they are still healthy. As for me, I have at least three methods to keep myself being healthy, which are elaborated as follows.



First and foremost, we must have a regular schedule of our daily life according to the body’s natural rhythm, not only keeping good hours but also having meals in the stable time as possible as we can. If we take a look around, it is easy to find that most of the patients have not a pretty well-regulated time table of their previous lives. So for such guys, “a regular schedule is advised to be followed” will be normally presented in most of their prescriptions from their doctors. Meanwhile, once we get any disease, it is too hard to refresh totally any more.



Secondly, physical exercises are another inevitable and efficient factor for our heath, not for the bonny muscles but the healthy body and enough energy we can use. For instance, if we want to ensure our bones can get enough calcium from the food, we still need some sunlight as the supplement during the body’s transferring process at least ten minutes every day. Otherwise, the bones would be too weak to break easily.



In addition, we should keep a good mood constantly and relax ourselves in the spare time. Sometimes a person’s feeling is also so important that he or she can feel pretty warm subjectively even though during the chilly winter. On the contrary, a pessimistic guy with bad temper always takes it for granted that it would be rainy even if the sun is shinning. Hence, we would better own a pretty fine mood everyday and try our best to enjoy the atmosphere around us.



In the last analysis, taking into account of all these methods above, it is not difficult for us to reach the conclusion that a regular schedule, physical exercises and a good mood are all the essential and best ways to keep healthy.



这篇根据提纲来写的,但发现和范文的构思完全不一样,请各位指教。很多人只是侧重论述EXERCISE,不晓得那种比较好呢?

呒, 三条理由写得不错啊, 只是最后一段例子好像没有更好的和健康联系起来. 因是菜鸟不敢瞎评,  还有待各位高人出手哦.
