求助!! 关于reschedule的收费问题！

我在3月11日reschedule了我的考试，从4月14日改为4月17日。我的注册和改期都是在网上完成的，用的信用卡。当时网上显示的信息说，因为我用的信用卡付费，所以我不用付reschedule fee。 而且他们给我发的改期确认的email里也显示费用为零。4月15日我因为生病，想再次改期，但上网输入信息后被告知已经太晚了，不能改期。所以我还是参加了4月17日的考试。谁知前两天收到信用卡的帐单，发现在4月15日被ETS charge了42美金的reschedule fee。我发信给他们，认为他们肯定是对我4月15日的操作处理有误。他们回信说，他们没错，他们是在4月15日收的我3月11日改期的费用。我多次发信给他们都未果，而且我现在也没办法查到有关改期的政策，因为只有你有有效的确认号时才能尝试改期并读到相应的详细说明。

请各位朋友多多指点，我该怎么办？

如果不行也只好认了，希望大家也能吸取一下我的教训。

改期是要付费的，你说的信息好像以前没有过，可能不太容易交涉。。

ETS 总是这样，出尔反尔。 我觉的就是谝钱。 还总认为自己没有出错。 真是，只有自认倒霉了。 以后不能相信那帮家伙的话。
