haha...the univ. is one of the top 10s in China. and the IB is one of the top 10s in the world.

then you should be in a good position for your application. Last year I know one girl from one top Chinese IB got into HBS, Wharton and Chicago. She was also at analyst level, but pretty aggressive style. I will suggest you focus on your stories and nail down interview. Then you'll be happy to see the results.
