I have not prepared that much for reading part, and I also felt relaxed when I was doing it. So I was suprised when I know the score!

From my own experience, I read it pretty thoroghly before I start to answer the question. actually it is quite different from the advice of new oriental school. But it works for me.

Basically, the preparation for reading  in a short time, you have to at least know well about the jj words for the current month and the month before, it will help you handle the vocabulary question.Also you have to find your style to answer the question in the reading part. As I know, some people prefer to skim the text then jump to answer the question, and check back to look for answer quiet often. Since the time is not tight for average person, you could read the text a bit thoroghly to grasp the main idea of each paragragh before you begin to answer, it will save your time later. Another thing I'd like to mention is that you are sure the answer is right only because it is in the text. that means you can not assume anything unless you have evidence in the text.most of the questions are evidence-based ones in toefl. so this method will work on most occasions.If you have time and intersts, you can also eliminate the wrong ones to make sure 100% correct.

For people who like to improve the ability of reading in the long run, the best way is reading daily anything you like. Most important, you have to find a way you really enjoy while it also will improve your reading ability.

Hi,Jia2005,Thank you for your advice about typing TWE, but I worry about the speed of my typing, I can not finish it in 30 minutes. Do you think I can speed up in just 2 weeks?( i'd like to book another test in 2 weeks.) By the way, I am not comfortable to use template,I feel it sometime interrupted my ideas, I believe I don't know how to use them properly. Can anyone give me some advices to get damned 5.0  on Twe in any possible way?
