In E, have a disinclination... while willing is grammatically incomplete, and admit their lack should be admit to their lack. 1. unlike有指出另一方具有相反特性的作用. 所以说unlike computer skills or other technical skills,人们不愿承认.....的时候, 也就表明人们愿意承认前者. 原文的意思由A判断, 除非明显不和逻辑.

2. 我也有过类似的疑问关于while doing, 确实见过while doing....(有一个OG中的例子是while reducing....), 但注意这里的willing不是doing, 而是一个形容词, 表"愿意".

其次, 分词可以表示让步, 相当于although的感觉, 这个可以在语法书中找到相应的例子, 所以D其实用了更好的方式表达了让步的含意, 结构更加严谨, 为什么不选呢?

我个人比较倾向于：be willing to do是个固定不可拆开的用法，倒不是说while所接成分与主句have a disinclination的谓语动词不同。
