昨天我听到一题，答案搞不明白，帮我看看：
Men: Would you like to come with us for coffee a little later?
Women: I’m off caffeine, medical restriction.
What does the woman mean?

A.    She doesn’t like coffee anymore.
B.    She’s had to eliminate coffee from her diet.
C.    She’s already prepared the coffee
D.    She has to take her medicine first.

答案是A， 但我不明白B为什么不对？？
