marketing, accounting, and finance are a little bit better, might be able to find some jobs in business, faculty is a main outlet though.

IS, Decision science, and OR are the best area in Ph.D. level in management, because these areas need strong mathematical and computer knowledge, no everyone can do. future job is great, many can find good jobs in business, also a lot of vacancy in faculty job(because only asian people can do these areas).

What are you talking about?  The reason of most students going for PhD is to stay in academy.  You couldn't say that finding a faculty position makes the HR and Strategy specializations junk.
