好惭愧啊，不是在规定时间内写完的，怎么办啊？急急。。。

Topic11: Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Universities should give the same amount of money to their students' sports activities as they give to their university libraries. Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.

Most universities have unsufficient funds, so how to allocate them onto different items seems very important. As to the topic--should universities give the same amount of money to student' sports activities as they give to libraries, it seems a dilemma to schools. In my point of view, universities should not put the same amount of money on them, and I prefer universities should pay more on libraries.

Firstly, the most main function of university is to provide a study place as the elementary school or high school does. In university, there are many students who are thirsty of studying more knowledge. Especailly in todays, full of competition in society, students have to work hard in university to get a good job in the future. Libraries are the main place where they absorb knowledge where they review courses at library and look for materials. Today the requirement of every course is raised, teachers are inclined to assign essaies to students which students must consult much materials, so many students aims at library when they have such assignments. Since students have more time in library, universities should concern them more. And there are many things they should do such as replacing with sofe chairs and spacious desks, purchasing new books and magazines every a period of time, installing air conditioners.

Secondly, compared to library, the physical equipments have large flexibility. When school lack of fund, there are other ways to supple physical equipments--students can run, jump, play in playground, even in any available space. If university has no enough fund, it can build up the simplest equipments to meet the requirements of students. For example, students want to have place to play soccer, university can place simple and cheap soccer gates on sides of playground. We know there are very luxury and expensive equipments today, but schools need not that especially when they have no enough fund.

However, I think university should not ignore sports activities also. Doing sports activities not only strenghtens students' bodies, but also benefits their study, making them more concerntrated on their books. My suggestion is that universities should more care for the construction of library when they have no enough money. But it should not disregard investment on sports. They should allocate the proportion of money on library and sports.

In conclusion, my opinion is that universities should pay more money on libraries than sports activies. university is mainly a study place for students,and the investment on physical equipments has larger flecibility. Of cousre, universities should care for sports activities also.

结构还是完整的。但感觉楼主可能刚开始写TWE,中文痕迹明显，有些词可能是查词典查出来的，但用法不准确。俺不反对借助词典，但要把用法查清楚再写，还可以借助google等工具。

use simple words, simple sentences. It is the best way for the understanding. If you use ridiculous words and difficult sentences, maybe it will make sense to you but not to others.
