如果想c取非foreign-made parts satisfy our government standards ---->应该也变得reliable,因为Clark parts通过了国家标准就认为是reliable....所以c取非后不也削弱结论么

取非就是“一些foreign企业通过了这个测试”而不是“没有企业通过”

所以依然有买外国货有碰到烂货的风险，所以着并不削弱结论
