urgent ~~ help!

[SOUND]http://[/SOUND]can anyone tell me some basic requirements for the installation of deltakey?
everything went well but at the last minute a warning message pop up:

'setup cant continue because some system files out of date.........'

meanwhile ,it doesnt reveal what software is outdated. i m using Win98.

what defect  leads to the  failure of the installlation?

your help's highly appreciated! thx! ^_^

it needs to setup the virtual driver in your computer. my os is win2000, it installs smoothly.

thank you! i also think of my outdated os is the main reason for the installation failure.
but is there any example that the os win98 still works?? any software need to be added?
i dont wanna delete my win98 and reinstall a more advanced one at the moment,as my pc is too old to bear any new device.  i know i m idiot,thanks you guys!
