144 live in a traditional house or live in a modern apartment

Some people prefer to live in a traditional house, while other people prefer to live in a modern apartment. In my opinion, I think that a modern apartment can satisfy all my requirements of a comfortable life, and my reasons go as follows.

The main reason illustrating my point is that living in a modern apartment enables people to better enjoy their lives. Since a lot of services, such as wall repairing, garbage collecting, people can spend the time in Gym or swimming pool, enhancing the living quality. On the contrary, the life in a traditional house is not that convenient. For example, before individuals can move into a traditional house, they have to paint the house, clean the floor, contact the utilities for water, gas, electricity supplies and so on. However, people moving into a modern apartment will not encounter those problems.

Another advantage of living in a modern apartment is that the security system in the building ensures the safety of all residences. The security department work 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to prevent the criminals from entering the building. Cameras are available at every entrance, so the securers can observe the circumstances at the doors. Moreover, if the someone break the door in order to access the building, the alarm system will detect it and warm every unit at once.

Finally, living in an apartment, people are able to communicate with each other, because of the short distance among them. There is an old saying that “ A good neighbor is better than a relative who is far away.” Neighbors will give a hand to people whenever they need.

In conclusion, based on the reasons above, I believe that living in a modern apartment is superior to living in a traditional house. If I can afford a house, without any delay, I will definitely select a unit in a modern apartment.
