Monitor我认识进Stanford，Berkeley的都有。我觉得基础差不多的话，申请质量和运气会对结果有影响。大体上，Top10应该是很有希望的。

哇，monitor还有去大s的啊。。。我之前确实有点小看他了，总以为这些只要mbb的。。。
嗯，joe版说的对。运气也重要，所以我想有时候加大分母，多申请几所还是有必要的哈，
我一个朋友之前申请的时候，booth  unc半奖录取，大s，olin，rice，sloan，emory 拒了，他要是少申请
2所可能就全军覆没了。。。

非常正确。在申请质量不下降的前提下，增加申请学校是有效的抵制运气和信息不对称造成的申请结果variation的方法。

Well the answer is simple: Instead of being concerned, you have to use your strategy to make the best of what you have… what I mean is let’s say the company is not famous, but they are say number one or two in size in China (even within this sub-industry), then you need to WRITE that. The firms and what you do may not be internationally known, but there is a certain measure of control that you have in HOW your job and company and achievements are perceived - in fact that is the purpose of the application, and why it is so important that you make the best of what you have.

And with the benefit you have of being in an amazing industry and have stellar marks, I think you will be fine. But you do need to work on those essays and recommendations and application materials to make sure you are making the most of them,

话说Tier 2应该每年都有M7的吧。。之前有认识一个RB的学姐就去了Wharton，ATK去CBS，个人觉得本质没有特别大的区别。。也不是M7只要MBB吧。。。。感觉跟整体package还是有很大关系的

这是M7甚至M3 profile
关键原因有几个
不好意思赶着要出门，先简单回下

首先PwC可以在optional essay里解释的，因为lz是「把PwC给拒了」，显示是有拿到offer的，然后选了个更好的，就是家里的事务所，可以把原因写出来，学校会更欣赏你的
不知道lz有没有看过变形金刚3，里头有个大反派，家里就是开事务所的，而狂派金刚是他家的大客户，后来就传给了这个大反派
举这个例的意思是，如果lz家里有开事务所，那AO更关心的问题就是，你当初为什么拒了PwC而选家里，当然其中一个原因就是为了这个好理由，因为你可以接下家里的大客户！剩下的原因可以写在大S的第一题”What matters most to you?"肯定有个好故事
而你看到变形金刚3里那个大反派家里多有钱了吗? 学校也会看这一点的，就是你家里未来会有钱可以捐学校，另一方面也有”direct access"直接关系接触到客户高层，就是电影里的狂派威震天这种档次的头儿

再来简单回三个重点
一是应该要赶快接下咨询工作，哪怕不是tier 1
这个原因跟第二个重点紧紧相连
就是career goal不够大，而且太小了
第三个重点是撇开生涯规划不谈（这个日后有机会再来帮lz好好回下，现在真的赶着要出门）
M7甚至M3的AO有非常高的机率会录取lz的原因
是因为lz的背景竟然是医硕！
这样总括下来的条件就会非常惊人！！
会变成G760、T111、医硕、家族事务所接班人，「并且把PwC给拒了」、国家级民营pe、创业等
最后甚至连咨询都进得去
也就是说
「lz没有进不了的大门！」
这样会让学校不论在各种条件下，几乎都能满足的全能型申请人
甚至可能有能力捐钱给学校～
尤其分数顶天立地，没有不录取的道理

剩下的重点就在于细部故事与生涯路径发展，以及申请策略
有非常多故事点
简单举例，例如：医硕转家族事业、转pe、创业、进咨询的犹豫点、更大的career goal、即这些资历让lz成为leader的成长点
这些都将会回答HBS的"Introduce yourself”及大S的”What matters most to you”、Wharton”Your candidacy”、Chicago”Community fit”、MIT”leadership + Advance management practice”、以及Kellogg”Grow in the past and future”

好了，先回这些，真的要出门了
