Same here!  I saw your post and checked my application status, also change to admitted!  I interviewed on March 21st. I didn't expect the decision will come so soon!

USC has good real estate finance program

Trojans' alumni network is really great in Southern California

there is a saying: UCLA's graduates always perform well for their USC boss

USC is a golden title in Los Angeles, whenever you show your student ID to

other people, they must say: wow, you must be genius.

So if you like sunshine in Southern California and not other offers like HBS, Wharton, etc

USC is a good choice.

And USC has a super football team. Go! Trojans!

I am from USC, not Marshall school though.
